Join us in Minneapolis for Title IX Hearing Officer and Decision-Maker Training!

The Office for Civil Rights’ newly proposed regulations would require Institutions to hold live hearings to resolve every allegation of sexual misconduct. The new rules also mandate that Institutions provide “advisors” to students in these hearings, who may or may not be lawyers; but are mandated by OCR to engage in direct cross-examination of the parties. Our newly created  Title IX Hearing Officer and Decision-Maker Training & Certification addresses this and much more. Register today by clicking below.
