Ash Wednesday marks the beginning of the season of Lent. Join us for Dying His Death, Living His Life, a special worship series for Lent, that starts on Ash Wednesday, as we remember that Christ enables us to daily die to our sins to live a new life in him. All are welcome to join us for this special worship service.

Volunteers Needed to Prepare Once Monthly Meals for Homeless

We are seeking volunteers who would like to help provide a meal for the Micah Community Day Shelter in February and March. We thank Susan Schroder, Donna Sudol, Karen and Jonathan Meyer, Connie Dantes and Shelley Cordray and Nancy Gyimah for helping provide meals in November and December. We also appreciate the Women of the Word class for their monetary donations toward this mission. We will plan on serving 30 meals. Messiah’s public food pantry in the Narthex needs your donations. Food items can simply be placed in the cabinets whenever you are at the Messiah building.
