Lenten Fellowship Meals will be held in the Narthex before evening services, beginning at 5:00 p.m. The meals this year are not fundraisers, but fellowship-focused. Any freewill offering you wish to contribute can be placed in the offering plate during the service. A number of groups will be preparing and serving the meals, which may be soup or some other meal. If you or your group wish to host a meal, please contact Donna Buuck [email protected] or Liz Slothower [email protected] for available dates.

TLS Tuition Scholarship Program for TLC Members
A new scholarship is being offered to provide monetary assistance to families actively attending and participating in worship services and programs at Trinity Lutheran Church, and wishing to enroll their child(ren) in Trinity Lutheran School. Plans for Easter Eggstravaganza 2023 are underway! This event is for all ages, with Holy Week Hide & Seek for children up to 5th grade and Escape from the Tomb escape room for youth 6th grade through adults. There will be food provided by the Trinity Men's Club and an egg hunt for the kids. And last but never least, you will have the chance to spend an afternoon in fellowship with your Trinity family.
This will also be your first chance to see the theme of VBS 2023 and it's out of this world! There will be registration for kids and volunteers and a board with supply needs for members to take and fill as they are able. Seek the astronaut to guide you to our VBS team!
We need volunteers! Many areas still need help before and during the event, including egg hiding, food service, and youth activities. Please contact Heather at [email protected] if you are able to help. Candy is still being collected in the Narthex for eggs and treat bags—look for the plastic collection bin.

Orders Begin This Weekend!
Help decorate our chancel this Easter with lilies! Cost is $21.95 per plant and the deadline for orders is April 2nd. Names of those donating lilies will be listed in the Easter bulletin, along with those whom they are honoring or remembering. Forms will be available at church inside the bulletins and in the Narthex, or by using the button below. Payment can be made in the offering plate or by mailing a check to church, with "Easter Lily" and your name clearly visible. Make checks payable to Trinity Lutheran Church. During the month of March, our youth will be collecting baby items to send to Caring to Love Ministries. Please consider donating to help these new mothers and babies in need. Items requested are: Diapers (all sizes,) wipes, baby shampoo, baby lotion, Desitin Ointment, pacifiers, and feeding spoons. Only new, unopened items, please. | |  |

The mission of Southeast Ministries it to assist the hungry in southeast Baton Rouge by providing both physical and spiritual food as an expression of Christ's love.
