Letter From the President
It's a busy week here at the chamber and I hope you'll be a part of it all!

Be sure and join us tomorrow for our monthly partnership luncheon, featuring the Director of Aviation for Love Field, Mark Duebner.

Then join us the next day when the President of the North Texas Commission, Chris Wallace, will join us to talk about legislative issues facing businesses in North Texas.

And then the day after that we have an After Hours Mixer/Ribbon Cutting at the new Corky's Gaming Bistro in Grapevine.

Finish strong with Leads Networking Friday morning - it's the perfect way to head into the weekend!

I'm also excited to announce the beginning of our quarterly "FOCUS ON" breakfasts starting Thursday morning, November 8. Our first one is sponsored by Texas New Mexico Power and features special guest State Representative Ron Simmons for FOCUS ON: State Government ! The City of Lewisville is hosting us at City Hall, where we'll meet on the third floor.

Join us for as many events as you can - you'll be glad you did! Follow us on Facebook and always read the Monday Memo for the latest information on everything going on at your Lewisville Area Chamber.

Meet Lisa Vanatta, Director of Member Relations
I experience great joy meeting people and learning about their unique life experiences. I always walk away better, because I truly believe we can learn something from everyone we meet.

My work experience is very diverse, which has challenged me to sharpen those skills that don’t come naturally and polish those that are a natural part of who I was created to be.

If I could describe a day to remember, it would look a lot like a gathering at the beach of family, both blood and chosen, music, dancing, laughter and good food being enjoyed by all.

I am super excited about building deeper relationships with the fantastic people of Lewisville. Lewisville will always have a special place in my heart. A few years ago, I was welcomed into the Lewisville Area Chamber with open arms, which resulted in a restored sense of community that was missing in my life for a season.
