Greetings Marianna!

As the year comes to a close, I want to take a moment to thank you for your trust and partnership. Your confidence in us is the greatest gift, and we’re honored to be part of your journey. This holiday season let’s reflect on what truly matters and prepare for the opportunities that lie ahead.

The holidays are also a great time to connect and have meaningful conversations with your family and your parents. Below we give you ideas about how to ask about their estate plans, healthcare preferences, and key financial documents. These discussions can help avoid confusion in the future and bring peace of mind to the entire family.

In today’s digital world, it’s essential to ensure your online assets are accounted for in your estate plan. From email accounts to financial apps, a digital legacy plan provides clarity and security for your loved ones.

And Finally, mark your calendars for March 7, 2025!

For the first time I will be putting my dancing shoes on for the Dancing for Buck$ fundraiser! I along with a few other locals will be dancing with the pros and competing for the title. It promises to be a night of fun, music, and philanthropy. Please join me on March 7th, vote on-line and contribute. See details below and we will be sharing more in January.

As we bid farewell to 2024, I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude for allowing us to serve you. Wishing you and your loved ones a joyous holiday season and a bright start to the New Year.

Wishing you health, wealth, and happiness!

~ Marianna

Digital Legacy Planning

Over the years, you’ve carefully managed your finances online—whether it’s checking your bank accounts, making investments, or paying bills. Your cloud storage holds important tax documents, and your email is filled with financial correspondence. But have you ever stopped to consider what would happen to these accounts—and your loved ones—if something unexpected happened to

you? Would your spouse know how to pay the mortgage if they couldn’t access your bank account? Would your children be able to manage investments they didn’t even know about?

4 Questions Adult Children Should Ask Their Parents Over the Holidays

It’s beginning to look a lot like the Holidays. . . Hannukah, Christmas, Kwanzaa, and New Year’s Eve will follow. These are prime holidays for family gatherings, which can offer in-person opportunities to have important conversations. You may be inclined to keep the chats light and stick to topics like television shows and the weather to avoid conflict, but there’s one subject you should be discussing, even though it might be uncomfortable: Estate Planning.

Insights From Our CIO: Market Thoughts November 2024

Commonwealth CIO Brad McMillan recaps October’s market and economic news. Markets were down in October across the board, with stocks falling at month-end. Bonds also dropped as traders dialed back expectations for Fed rate cuts. This pullback was largely due to signs of surprisingly strong economic growth, as solid hiring and rising confidence drove consumer spending. While the economic and earnings news was positive, there are still political risks in the headlines. Will the uncertainty around the U.S. election rattle markets in November? Stay tuned and follow Brad at blog.commonwealth.com/independent-market-observer.

Marianna Dances for a Cause!

This holiday season, CURO is participating in the 2nd Annual Dancing For Buck$ Fundraiser. This fundraiser is for the Ann Silverman Community Health Clinic, which has been providing medical, dental and social services to low income, uninsured families in Bucks County for over 25 years.

This year’s fundraiser will feature amateur and pro dancers teaming up for a one-of-a-kind competition at Fred Astaire Dance Studios, with special guest judges Tony Dovolani, Vaughn Hebron, and Philip Yang.

The fun doesn’t end there...Marianna will be putting on her dancing shoes and taking the floor as one of the featured dancers of the night! If you would like to donate to help the clinic reach their goal of $200,000 this year...
