CURO Team at Commonwealth’s
2025 National Conference
| | |
From October 19th–22nd, a big part of our CURO family attended Commonwealth’s 2025 National Conference in Washington, D.C. The event was filled with insightful and inspiring sessions covering the latest trends and ideas shaping the financial world. We were especially honored to hear from keynote speakers Lin-Manuel Miranda, Doris Kearns Goodwin, and Mike “Coach K” Krzyzewski, who shared powerful messages on leadership, creativity, and perseverance.
Of course, the trip wasn’t all business! Our team also took some time to explore D.C. and Arlington, enjoy team dinners, and even spend a little time playing with rescue puppies — a definite highlight for our animal lovers! It was a wonderful mix of learning, inspiration, and camaraderie — experiences we’re excited to bring back to our work with you.
And a special thank-you to Rob for holding down the fort while the rest of the team was away — we couldn’t have done it without you!

From Our Table to Yours:
A Thanksgiving Recipe Share
| |
As we head into November and the season of gratitude, our team wanted to do something a little different this year. Rather than our usual “what we’re thankful for” message, we’re opening up our kitchens and sharing some of our favorite family recipes with you — our valued clients and community.
Thanksgiving is all about sharing, connection, and togetherness, and we hope these dishes bring a touch of warmth to your own celebrations. It’s our way of saying thank you and giving you a glimpse into the traditions and flavors that make our team who we are — not just a business, but a family with heart, history, and a love for what we do.

Insights From Our CIO:
Market Thoughts November 2025
The S&P 500, Dow Jones, and Nasdaq posted positive returns in October, with falling short-term interest rates and strong corporate earnings supporting markets. In fact, the average Q3 earnings growth rate for the S&P 500 stood at nearly 10.7 percent at the end of October, above analysts’ 7.9 percent estimate at the end of September.
Turning to the economy, the government shutdown continues to delay some economic reports. Still, the September Consumer Price Index report showed inflation remained stubbornly high, as year-over-year consumer inflation rose to 3 percent. Consumer confidence also continued to cool in October.
With both major measures of consumer sentiment falling, are there other risks on the horizon for investors?
