Hello Marianna,

Happy Spring!

With the weather changing, I hope that you’re finding time to get outside, breathe in the fresh air, and spend time with your family preparing for the Summer. It’s the most beautiful time of the year (allergies and all).

Also, Happy Women’s History Month to all of the wonderful, powerful women out there! Daughters, mothers, mentors, sisters, friends – we see you and support you! From our tribe to yours!

Now onto the market… Something that I’ve already discussed with most of you would be the recent bank defaults and how your assets are protected. You should have received an email from me in the past few weeks with more information, however if you missed it, you can read the article here on our website to learn more.

What I need you to remember in times of faltering confidence is this: We’ve been through this market cycle before and have come out stronger on the other side, it’s just a matter of time. As always, please try to remember the plan we’ve created together is made to withstand market fluctuations, positive or negative.

If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out- that’s what we’re here for.

Until next time, wishing you health, wealth, and happiness.

Marianna

Insights From Our CIO:

Market Thoughts, March 2023

Brad McMillan, Commonwealth’s CIO, recaps February's market and economic news. After a strong January, markets softened in February. U.S. markets were down by low single digits, international markets dropped, and emerging markets performed worst of all. The primary drivers were the disappointing inflation data and rising longer-term interest rates. Still, job growth exceeded expectations, and service sector business confidence bounced back. Is a recession less likely as the economy improves? Stay tuned to find out. Follow Brad at blog.commonwealth.com/independent-market-observer.

Accessing Your Tax Documents

Every year, as they become available, your tax documents are sent to your permanent mailing address, typically by mid-March. However, we understand that there will be times you need to access your documents sooner.

If you would like to view your tax documents before they reach you by mail, or if you need to access previous years’ documents, you may do so through your Investor360 Account at any time using these step by step instructions.
