Creating Connections
Ambition in Motion is making it easier for small to mid-sized businesses to hire interns and junior employees effectively and efficiently. They have a partnership with a business honor society at Nova Southeastern University.

Their goal is to help employers avoid the expenses involved with hiring, such as the time expense of sifting through and interviewing multiple candidates and the monetary expense of hiring people who may act and perform differently than the way they portray themselves in the interview.

They do this through their mentor program which vets candidates for soft skills and ability to be coached over a 4 month period, then identifies the needs of the role from employers after a brief conversation, and then connects a candidate with the employer if there is a fit.
