Nurse Spotlight

Josefina Borges wants to spotlight one of our amazing nurses, Kyland Silva for jumping into action during a recent patient visit. 


When visiting one of our long-time patients this month, Kyland arrived to find the patient unresponsive. Despite the difficult circumstances, Kyland assessed the situation quickly and performed CPR. While the outcome was not what we had hoped for, Kyland's dedication to her patient's well-being are a true testament to the high standards of care we provide. We are grateful for all the education and training that our nurses receive, which enable them to step into action without hesitation and provide the best possible care.


It is so hard to lose a patient, especially one that has been on services for so many years. Kyland did a great job in recognizing the seriousness of the situation while immediately implementing emergency care.  


Kyland, we thank you for your unwavering commitment to our patients!

2024 Mileage Reimbursement Rates

Starting January 1, 2024, Innovive has increased our mileage reimbursement rate to 67 cents per mile to align with the new standard mileage rates set by the IRS.


We want to ensure that our employees are fairly compensated for their hard work and dedication, and we are committed to reviewing the reimbursement regularly to provide best-in-class benefits.


It's important to note that the new rate and mileage are automatically calculated in our EMR system, making it easy for employees to submit their mileage for reimbursement.


Mileage reimbursement will be calculated weekly and included in monthly payroll earnings.

Dayforce

We are happy to announce that our new platform, Dayforce, will be replacing ADP in the next few months.


Dayforce is tailored to our workforce, so get ready to experience a whole new level of efficiency and convenience.

New Badges for Clinical Staff

We are committed to ensuring the privacy and safety of our clinical staff. As part of this commitment, we will be distributing new badges with first name and last initial.


These badges will be distributed at the upcoming Occupational Health Fairs and through Clinical Directors at your office.

As tax season approaches, we want to remind you that ADP has everything you need to make filing your tax returns a breeze. You can access and download your W-2 form as soon as today! The W-2 form will also be mailed to your address on file no later than January 31st.


Accessing your W-2 form on ADP:

 

Go to: Myself > Pay > Pay & Tax Statements

 

Find the below box on the screen and select "View all Statements" to view your 2023 W-2 and earnings summary.
