The Texas Demographic Center will release its updated county-level population projections on September 30, 2025. The data provides detailed projections of Texas' residential population by age, sex, and race/ethnicity for each year from 2020 to 2060 across all counties in Texas. These projections will be available under multiple migration scenarios.
To accompany the release, TDC will host a webinar on October 22, 2025 to walk users through the new data and methodology. This event will be a valuable opportunity to engage with the projections data and explore their implications for Texas communities.
