San Ysidro Health proudly celebrated the ribbon cutting of its new Julian Family Medicine clinic on April 24, marking a meaningful step forward for Julian and surrounding rural communities. The new clinic expands access to comprehensive healthcare by bringing medical, dental, and behavioral health services together under one roof, close to home.

Serving as a division of San Ysidro Health, this past month marked an important milestone for San Diego PACE as it celebrates 11 years of caring for and empowering older adults in the community. What began as a commitment to innovative, patient-centered care has grown into a program rooted in compassion, connection, and trust, helping participants age safely and with dignity while remaining engaged in the lives and neighborhoods they love.
