From the moment they arrived, our veterinary team provided expert care and treatment. The young cats received copious amounts of love and socialization from staff and volunteers while they were being treated in our Healdsburg shelter’s ringworm ward.
Betty was so sweet and sought out affection even during her medical treatments. Wilma was the shyest of the two and didn’t really enjoy the handling her treatments required, but was extremely sweet and purring nonetheless. With such complex medical conditions, both kitties needed more intensive healing time, and our staff and volunteers were right there by their sides. After all these two feline besties had endured, we were thrilled when they were adopted together! ❤️
