Steven Crandall is a Senior Business Analyst at OIT. His primary job is to to elicit and document business requirements, such as high level business requirements documents, process flowcharts, RFPs, and general business analysis, such as process improvement initiatives.
For the HRWorks project, Steven serves as a Business Analyst (BA) and the Team Leader for both the BA team and Development team. He is responsible for the large business process inventory and documentation effort that is underway, as well as assisting with the coordination of the integration development through the Enterprise Business Architecture program, Mulesoft.
