On May 15th, AIA Canada traveled to Toronto to meet with the representatives of the Federal Development Agency for Southern Ontario (FedDev Ontario).

Purpose: To learn more about the programs offered by the federal agency, the application process and eligibility criteria applicants need to meet.

Conference Board of Canada Conference Update
President JF Champagne made his way to Edmonton on June 6th to be part of a panel at the Conference Board of Canada's Automated Vehicles 2018: Planning for Urban and Rural Transitions Conference to discuss the impact of automated vehicles on the workforce.

As new mobility and automated vehicles emerge, important questions have been raised around how such technology is integrated in a Canadian environment, specifically, what this means to the Canadian workforce.
