NASW 2018 Virtual Conference: Mark your calendars for the NASW 2018 Virtual Conference, Wednesday and Thursday, Nov. 14 & 15. This two-day program will address the opioid crisis from a social work perspective, feature both plenary and breakout sessions, and offer CE credits. Electoral and Activist Opportunities:

CT PACE Endorsements Coming : CT PACE, the political action arm of NASW/CT will be making endorsement for the 2018 elections in early to mid-September. Members will be notified of endorsed candidates and CT PACE will be seeking volunteers to assist our candidates. Thousands of Doors for Justice : On September 8 th join activists from around the state to hear about social justice actions in Connecticut and to take action. Climate Change Rally & March : On Sunday, September 9 th there will be a Rise Up For Climate, Jobs and Justice rally & march on the New Haven Green. The rally is at 1 PM and the march at 2:30 PM.
