The March Madness battle kicks off by pitting the most circulated books of 2022 against each other. Will The Last Thing He Told Me win against Atomic Habits? Vote for your favorites via Instagram Stories (@goffstownlibry) on Fridays March 10, 17, 24, and 31, and beginning March 13, in person on the library's second floor, and see which one will win the tournament!
Amateur Detective Night
Tuesday, March 21 at 6:00 PM
Do you have what it takes to catch a killer? Gather with other true crime aficionados and wannabe detectives in the Library to play Unsolved Case Files, the game where the stakes are (fictional) life or death. This time we'll travel back to 1992 to the quiet Massachusetts town of Verona, rocked by the apparent suicide of a local 18-year-old high school student. But was Jamie Banks' death really what it seemed?
For anyone looking to learn more about our local avian population, join us for a presentation by the New Hampshire Audubon! We'll talk about common bird identification, tips on attracting birds to your yard or garden, current citizen science projects, and how to get involved. Weather permitting, we'll also head outside for a hands-on demonstration of binocular best practices and birding tips.
Please remember that the Library's weather closings are independent of town & school announcements. When inclement weather requires us to close, we'll post the announcement on our Facebook Page, at goffstownlibrary.com, and we'll inform WMUR.

"Eva Santos Moon is a burgeoning Chicana artist who practices the ancient, spiritual ways of brujer̕a and curanderisma, but she's at one of her lowest points--suffering from disorienting blackouts, creative stagnation, and a feeling of disconnect from her magickal roots. When her husband, a beloved university professor and the glue that holds their family together, is taken into custody for the shocking murder of their friend, Eva doesn't know whom to trust--least of all, herself."
