Chelsea comes to us with a remarkable track record of leadership, community engagement, and a deep commitment to serving veteran women. With a passion for creating opportunities, Chelsea is dedicated to expanding programs that provide housing stability, education, and comprehensive support for the women we serve.
Her vision is rooted in empowerment, compassion, and building strong community partnerships that uplift both our residents and the wider community. Chelsea believes that every woman veteran deserves a safe, supportive environment where she can thrive. She brings fresh ideas, energy, and strategic leadership to Genesis Joy House, and she is committed to ensuring that our programs continue to make a lasting, positive impact.

On 10/17/2025, we had the honor of celebrating a major milestone for our city, the ribbon-cutting of Haven Hope House, Warner Robins’ first full-service homeless shelter.
At Genesis Joy House, we believe every act of compassion creates a ripple of restoration. Seeing our community come together for this moment reminds us why we do what we do, because hope grows fastest when we build it together.
Haven Hope House will provide meals, casework, job support, and a safe place to rebuild, and we couldn’t be more grateful to stand alongside city leaders, local partners, and fellow nonprofits who share our mission of helping people rise again.
