World Zionist Congress - 2025 U.S. Election

Make your voice heard!

Between March 10 and May 4, 2025, American Jews will vote for their delegates to the 39th World Zionist Congress, the “parliament of the Jewish people,” which will convene in Jerusalem in October 2025. Voting in the election is the most powerful opportunity to have your voice heard in Israel, make an impact in Jewish communities worldwide, and stand up for Zionism. The representatives who are elected — with one-third of them coming from the United States — will make key decisions on allocating over $1 billion annually to support the most pressing needs across Israeli society and the Diaspora.

Cafe Emanuel - Volunteers Needed

Looking for a fun, easy way to connect with other Temple members while supporting our religious school community? Volunteer at Cafe Emanuel!

Each Sunday morning during religious school, we serve bagels, doughnuts, and beverages for parents and children. By helping out, you’ll:

- Meet fellow Temple members

- Foster a warm, inviting community

- Encourage parents to stay, chat, and enjoy a quick nosh

Even a little time makes a big difference in keeping this tradition thriving. We can’t wait to see you—one bagel at a time!

Sisterhood is doing a mitzvah collection for the ARIS Foundation, a charitable organization dedicated to helping the homeless community. Items to be collected include blankets, sleeping bags, tote bags, backpacks, new socks, gently used shoes, wipes, and hand sanitizer. Please consider bringing some of the much needed items between now and March 9th.

Need an Orthodontist? So do we! Our Temple Emanuel of Tempe Member Business Directory has been connecting and supporting our community for a few months now and is up to five member-owned businesses, sadly none of which pertain to dentistry. This valuable resource is helping members promote their businesses while fostering strong local connections.

If you own a business or work at a great company with services or products you love, consider purchasing a listing! This is a wonderful opportunity to:

  • Promote your services or products within our Temple community.

  • Build connections with fellow members who value supporting local businesses.

  • Contribute to the continued growth and vibrancy of our shared community.

Your participation helps create a stronger network and provides vital support for Temple initiatives.

Interested? For questions, call or email Joey Kurtz at 623-202-8460 or Joey.Kurtz@edwardjones.com. If you're ready to proceed, use the link below to submit your listing request along with the $90 discounted initial fee (valid through 6/30/2025).
