From the CEO
Have you inquired about our Nevada Builders Alliance Association Health Plan yet?
"Our organization is made of healthy, active member employees that face high insurance premiums due to the fact that many are small businesses," said Aaron West, CEO of NBA. "As competition to retain and attract workforce continues to put pressure on employers to provide benefits, we're hoping that this plan will change that and provide comprehensive coverage for our members and their families."
The health plans provided by NBA and Nevada-based Prominence Health Plan will allow small business members to band together and receive coverage as if they were a large employer therefore reducing rates while still maintaining a high level of coverage. Additionally, the plans offered by NBA are specifically designed for its members and are expected to provide substantial savings in comparison to other health plans.
We encourage everyone to contact their insurance brokers and request a quote. For more information about the plan visit

Safety Corner
Brought to you by:
Job-site
Safety Inspections
Employers are responsible for the condition of their
work site
through out the life of a project. Regular site visits are used to measure progress, quality and worker performance. Each visit should encompass as much fact gathering as possible, and Safety should always be on the minds of leadership but is often lumped in with many other production concerns, if at all. PGM Safety encourages "safety" focused inspections as there are many benefits for the employer and to employees as well.
The safety specific job-site walk through demonstrates the company wide commitment to the health and well being of their employees. It also gives a first-hand account of what is happening on the job regarding effectiveness of safety practices and procedures. The job-site safety inspection can easily be broken into specific hazard identification or an overall approach.
Hazards that should be considered can vary from job to job. Looking for the issues most likely to result in severe injury, illness or death should be prioritized.
The post inspection report is where you will document your findings. Correcting the hazardous conditions and behaviors should be completed and documented in a timely manner. The follow up with affected employees continues the personal interaction that has proven to positively increase moral, efficiency, and quality of work.
PGM Safety Services recommends regular and effective job-site safety inspections. The Team at PGM Safety Services is available to help you start or improve your job-site safety inspection process. For assistance, please contact PGM Safety Services, an affiliate company of Pro Group Management, and we will be happy to assist. You can visit us at
