The blessed day has come! Our new Back Office platform is now live! You’ll notice that it looks and feels a bit different, but the functionality you need is all there! To log in, use the same email address you use for all BP purposes, and use the “forgot password” prompts to set up a new password. Please log in and take some time to explore! Keep in mind that higher-than-average traffic causes any site to slow (even on our brand new system), so if you can save your first looks until later in the day, it will help ensure a better experience for you and all Reps. 


  • You can now go live for reveals, and your customers can begin placing orders. 
  • Join (or watch the replays) of our training sessions! Replays can be found in the Active Rep Facebook group, found under “Media” and then “Videos” 


  • PayQuicker training (held on January 16, 2024)

  • You can set up your PayQuicker account shortly. You do NOT need your PayQuicker account set up before the system launches or before going live for the first time in the new system. Your registration email has not yet been sent. We expect those will go out later this evening or tomorrow but stay tuned. If you don’t receive an invitation by Friday, January 19, please contact BP Customer Support, and the email can be sent/resent. For more information about PayQuicker, review the training we shared on January 16; the Zoom webinar can be found linked in a recent Active Rep Facebook post from Lindsay, our Field Development Manager. 


  • Review our training manuals. They can be found in the email you received on January 16, in the files section of the Active Rep group, or in the new Back Office Resources Library on the home page in “Bomb Party News.” 


  • Regarding commission payments, your weekly balance transfers (January 11–16) have been moved from the old system into your bank account. If you do not have a bank on file, your balance will be transferred to the new Back Office BP Wallet balance. This week’s commissions will be run on Thursday and should be in your new PayQuicker account by Thursday.  


  • Certain historical data in your Back Office may not be showing up. We are still moving historical data to the new platform, and it will be visible in time. Recent data should show up as you would expect. 


  • We are changing the BPU hosting program to a platform called Teachable. To log into the new program that hosts Bomb Party University, watch for a registration email from Bomb Party and Teachable (or you may have already received one) and follow the prompts. 

 

We may still experience a few bumps in the transition, and we thank you in advance for your excitement, patience, and support. Review the launch FAQ as needed (it has a LOT of answers to your questions!) and watch for further communications as needed and enjoy your new Back Office!
