The New Website Is Here!

Dear Niki,

We are thrilled to announce this long-awaited milestone and can’t wait for you to take a tour! We have invested countless hours to making the new website easy to navigate and use for visitors and especially our members. We hope you are pleased with the result!

We invite you to visit the site now and click through the top menu bars. You’ll notice that the Pet Professional Accreditation Board, Pet Dog Ambassador, Doggone safe, and Shock-Free Coalition now have their own areas on PPG’s website. The website URLs for these separate sites now take you to the respective landing pages for these programs on the PPG website. How cool is that?

Step One:

On the home page, click on the Member Login button on the top-right corner. The first time you log in, you will be asked to reset your password. (If you have more than one account, please read the next section for important information.)

Step Two:

Once you are logged in, you will land on your profile page, which is also your directory listing if your membership or applicant level provides for this benefit. Please update your profile as necessary, then click the “Save Profile” button.

Do You Have More Than One Account?

If you have more than one account (e.g., a Pet Professional Guild account, a Pet Professional Accreditation Board account, and a Pet Dog Ambassador account), please read the following:

If the login email address is the same on all of your accounts, you will be able to access the member areas for all of your accounts with that login.
If you use different login email addresses on your accounts, you will need to log in to your accounts separately using the email address associated with each account. If you wish to ultimately have one login for all of your accounts, when your other memberships expire, you can renew them under the desired email address.
