Meet Brian
Brian is one of our Commercial Salesmen for the company. Brian has been with Fence & Deck for 2 years, moving into a full-time roll this past year. Brian's primary responsibility is to establish new business & help grow our Commercial Division. Additionally, he works to foster & retain the relationships
we have with current commercial customers.
"I'm a lifelong Anne Arundel County resident, currently residing in Severn with my wife, Nicole, son, Ethan, daughter, Langston, and our two dogs. I enjoy family vacations to the Bahamas and I am a die hard Redskins fan!"

Curb appeal and tenant safety goes a long way! We removed the old rusted and broken steel railing, framed the existing steel substructure and installed new code compliant 42" Lincoln style vinyl railing. Site railing at all building entrances was upgraded as well. We were able to complete this 300-unit balcony renovation project 2 weeks ahead of schedule!

There is no better compliment than the words from our customers about their experience with us. We just recently received this AWESOME testimonial & we would love to share it here:
"Recently we had a 6' wooden privacy fence installed around the perimeters of our backyard with decorative metal gates and railings. We initially discussed the fencing style, cost, and procedures for installation with Kevin Bullion, Sales Consultant and Project Manager. Kevin made several visits to our property to discuss all phases of the project with us and answer all questions that occurred during the planning process. He was always pleasant and professional during these visits, providing the assurance that we needed to move forward with a contract and timeline.
About 6 weeks after we signed a contract to have the work scheduled, an installation crew arrived to take down the existing split rail fence and begin installing the posts for the privacy fence. The crew consisted of a job foreman and 2 laborers. Brian, the foreman, explained what the 2 laborers were expecting to accomplish, along with instructions to call him if there were any problems or questions. He left to go to another job site, leaving the remaining laborers to work independently. They worked diligently, non-stop, except when they needed to clarify something with us. They accomplished an amazing amount of work during the first day, and worked the next day until
7:30
at night, trying to finish the rest of the installation, which included the metal rails and gates. The temperature had dropped to the 30's and there was a cold wind, as well, but the Fence and Deck crew, which now included their supervisor, continued to work until they were 99% finished. The next week these same workers promptly returned to complete a few adjustments on the metal gates, followed by their job supervisor, Brian, who verified that our fencing project was installed to our satisfaction.
We are definitely pleased with all aspects our fence-- the appearance, the quality, and the workmanship. Fence & Deck is a wonderful company, which is represented by honest, ethical employees from management to labor. They take great pride in providing quality materials and quality job production. We highly recommend this company for any intended fencing projects."
