The Importance of Optimal Start/Stop Times
Equipment start times are typically set earlier than necessary to ensure proper comfort levels. The Optimal Start feature algorithm memorizes the startup history of exterior and interior conditions. Start times are delayed automatically based on historical data and adapt to the correct building occupancy, resulting in increased energy savings and improved comfort.

Building Automation Systems Maintain Positive Air Pressure
Less air entering buildings when more air is being exhausted creates negative air pressure inside commercial buildings. Negative air pressure produces building issues, such as difficult to open doors, frozen pipes, and comfort concerns. Buildings maintaining positive air pressure require installation of building automation systems, to continuously monitor and control building pressure.
