What's New?

Villa Serena Communities is now the largest apartment owner in the North Houston District with 15 properties (approximately 4,000 apartment units), and has recently purchased four office buildings. Owner, Steve Moore, who lives in one of these Greenspoint apartment communities says, “There is now a critical mass of hands-on new ownership committed to revitalizing the neighborhood. With the leadership of Greg Simpson and Tracy Harrison of the North Houston Management District, crime has been reduced to half and is on track to be lower than Houston average.”

As part of its commitment to the community, Villa Serena management is renovating its apartments and renaming all properties to start with the word Serena , which means serenity in Spanish. “We are committed to offering a quiet, safer and peaceful place to live,” says marketing director, Jeannie Werthman.
