"I was thinking about all the things that MUFON, the organization, has to be thankful for.

This list can go on and on.

First and foremost, however, has got to be our members. From general membership to Board of Directors and everyone in between, this group is top-notch. That does not mean that we don’t disagree. We do, but for a very few exceptions we can disagree without being disagreeable.

Believe me, that means a lot to any organization.

Then there is the fresh, bright atmosphere sweeping through MUFON, the growing interest on a global scale, the impressive membership growth, the increased stature, acceptance, and respect of our organization.

As long as we “stay the current course,” MUFON has a wonderfully bright future."

Were MUFON Cases #130602 & #130105 a Stealth B-21 Raider?

MUFON Case #130602 occurred on April 26, 2023 at 9 AM over the city of Moncton, New Brunswick,

Canada. It was closed as “Insufficient Data” by Canadian Chief Investigator Linda Rafuse when the

witness did not respond for an interview.

The witness did draw a pencil sketch of what they saw and provided a short narrative as follows:

"Traveling east on Killam Drive in Moncton NB, I was near the overpass for Wheeler Blvd in my car. I am

not exactly sure what I spotted in the sky above the coliseum, cloud cover was low. Object was all white

with two windows that I could see, at first, I thought a plane but it was far too low in the sky and was not

moving. I continued watching as I approached the coliseum parking lot, the object eventually faded out

of site or into the clouds by the time I approached Millenium Drive.

I would estimate it was 500 ft above the ground, approximately 70 ft in width, appeared to have wings

at first glance”

The interesting thing about his sketch and narrative back in April is that it appears eerily similar to the

new American stealth fighter jet called the B-21 Raider. Built by Northrop Grumman Corporation,

various news outlets announced that the top-secret fighter had taken its maiden flight on November 10,

2023. It was rolled out of Air Force Plant #42 in Palmdale, California. Video and photos show a dark grey

plane that is a smaller version of the B-2 launched in 1989.

According to Case #130602, the UFO that the witness saw was white with a 70-foot wingspan but this

would have been over seven months earlier than the Air Force and Northrop would like to admit and it

was operating in another country, no less.

MUFON compared our drawing to a U.S. Military public relations photo of the 132-foot wingspan and

were very surprised at what we found. If the witness was a bit off on wingspan, we actually have an

exact hit.

Things get a little bit weirder if we delve a bit deeper. MUFON found a second case with a similar

witness drawing. Remarkably, the second sighting was only 29 days earlier and it concerned a white

hovering plane. The witness also submitted a drawing.

MUFON Case #130105 occurred on March 28th, 2023 at 9:30 PM over the Ontario, Canada city of

Mississauga. This city is 747 miles southwest of Moncton, New Brunswick as the crow flies. If we are,

indeed, dealing with F-21s that have top speed of 1,419 mph, then both of these Canadian cities are

separated from each other for an F-21 by only 31.5 minutes.

The witness in MUFON Case 130105 checked off the object was about 30 feet in length. This presents a

“being too small” problem for our F-21’s 132-foot wingspan, however, witnesses, especially at night are

notoriously inaccurate in determining size. The witness does go on in his narrative to describe the object

as being too large for a drone so we have an inconsistency that may lead us to definitively conclude this

was an F-21 Raider.

What is noticeable, besides the fact that the plane-like object is white, is that it also can hover and it is

also silent like the Moncton vehicle. The small lights detected on the wing edges by both witnesses in

each case suggest these are terrestrial navigation lights using an FAA type language to communicate

information to other planes such as for anti-collision purposes.

The witness in this case states:

“Driving at 2130 heading north on Mississauga Road. I had a strange feeling that caused me to look up.

I saw a large dark colored object with 3 lit objects in the middle that appeared to look like windows or

lights. there was narrow wing like structures with small lights that pulsated. the object was moving

slowly above the tree line. I was unable to safely stop my car to observe it further. Initially I thought

maybe it was a drone but it was very large. There were no engine noises.”

The MUFON Investigator Mark Hauck close the case with a disposition of “Information Only” but our

conclusions suggest it could have been an F-21. Investigator Hauck would have had no information back

March that this could possibly be a new generation of stealth fighter.

So, let’s make some possible conclusions.

First, all indications are that witnesses in 2 MUFON cases back in March and April in Eastern Canadian

Provinces were witnessing test flights of America’s newest top-secret bomber. If so, why would America

be flying top secret F-21 bombers over population centers in Canada. Hello China!!

Second, it seems that test flighters of the F-21 had jets were painted white. Possibly, this was to identify

them as test flights.

Third, in the California flight videos from November 10th out of California, the F-21 was mighty quiet.

Both MUFON case witnesses marked check boxes that they heard no sound. Quite impressive.

Fourth, the wingspan design as well as the cockpit window design suggest we are definitely seeing F-21s

in flight 7 months prior to their maiden voyage.

Lastly, let us look at the hovering and slow-motion movement of these plane-like objects. This is the

story in a nutshell.

Anyone who has ever marveled at a British Harrier Jet’s ability to take off vertically from an Aircraft

Carrier knows it is a very loud machine producing much thrust below it. A Harrier is called a VTOL which

is short for “Vertical Take Off and Landing” vehicle.

The F-21 is not your grandmother’s Harrier. It is silent. It has a top speed of 1,419 mph. And it

apparently has a low speed of zero mph while in flight. How? The only rational explanation this author

can conclude about is that this vehicle uses either an anti-gravity propulsion system or it has damping

filters that can eliminate most of its engine noise.

If America does have anti-gravity propulsion mastered, why are we advertising it over Canadian skies for

China and Russia to see? If MUFON can figure it out, then certainly highly sophisticated unfriendly

international players can also.

Or is it all smoke and mirrors by design?

Dr. Sean Kirkpatrick Departs AARO

On November 8th, the anticipated departure of Dr. Sean Kirkpatrick as head of the All-Domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) was announced in a statement by The Department of Defense.

The DOD praised Dr. Kirkpatrick for investigating over 800 UAP reports during his tenure. By contrast, MUFON has investigated 135,000 cases since 1969. Kirkpatrick will end a distinguished

27-year career in December. The DOD has not yet announced his replacement.

Kirkpatrick, a physicist, headed AARO for 18 months and it was marked by controversy. Retired

intelligence community whistle blower Major David Grusch testified under oath to Congress that the

United States was covering up what the government knows about UAPs. Grusch claimed that the U.S.

has “non-human biologic material” as well as crash debris. Kirkpatrick countered him by stating AARO

had found nothing to suggest agents such as aliens were visiting Earth. Kirpatrick also claimed Grush

turned down multiple attempts AARO made to him for interviews. Grusch, in turn, fired back that

Kirkpatrick and AARO never reached out to him.

Perhaps, when the DOD works out their drama, they may look to the steady hand of MUFON to find

answers using our vast database, investigations completed by our trained cadre of Field Investigators

and the statistical work we do. 800 cases are hardly a dent in the phenomenon. However, we are

encouraged that the government has set up AARO. In the meantime, MUFON will continue to work with

our colleagues in Congress such as Representative Tim Burchett of Tennessee and Representative Andre

Carson of Indiana
