Attitude… It truly is a case of mind over matter.

Attitude is more important than your past, than your education, than money, than circumstances…
It is more important than failures, than successes, than what other people think, say or do.
It is more important than appearance, than giftedness, or skill.
It will make or break an organization, a school, or a home...

But you know what the remarkable thing about attitude is? We have a choice every day regarding the attitude we will embrace for the day.

There are many things in life we can’t change… We can’t change our past… we can’t change that people will act a certain way… We can’t change the inevitable…

The only thing we can do is play on the one string we have… that is our attitude. 10% of life is what happens to you and 90% how you react to it. What kind of attitude will you bring today?

See you on the fitness floor, BG

As the holiday season heats up it's a good idea to be extra cautious. Please keep personal belongings safe while at the club or anywhere else you might be. Leave valuables at home or lock them out of sight.
