Tuesday, November 1 at 9am: Teen-To-Go Bags: A new craft bag will be available every month. Teen-To-Go bags are located on the second floor in the teen space. WHILE SUPPLIES LAST.

Teen Coding Hour
Tuesday, November 8, 3pm-4pm
One hour coding tutorials designed for beginning coding. Create a droid to play in your own Star Wars game, journey through Minecraft, and more. Coding tutorials are web-based through Code.org. Chromebooks provided.

It's Sew Easy
Thursday, November 10, 3:30pm-5pm
In this series of classes, learn hand sewing skills to create and complete a variety of projects. This month learn to sew a sleep mask.

Teen LEGO® Brick Build

Design. Construct. Create.
Let your imagination loose during our drop-in LEGO® Brick Build for Teens!
Choose to free-build or select to build from a variety of challenge cards. LEGO® bricks and snacks provided.

Middle School Graphic Novel Club
Thursday, November 17, 3:30pm
Join us for a new book club for grades 5-8!
This month's title is The Curie Society by Janet Harvey. Come ready to talk about what you loved and what you didn't. Snacks provided.
Books are available to borrow at the Circulation Desk, stop by and request your copy.

Teen Gingerbread House Competition
Choose One of Two Dates
It's time for our annual Teen Gingerbread House Decorating Competition. Choose to decorate a gingerbread house by yourself, or in teams of two.
We will provide the pre-built gingerbread houses and all your decorating materials (no outside materials permitted).
Completed houses will be on display on the second floor in the teen space. Vote for your favorite from December 5 – December 10. The winner will receive a $30 Amazon gift certificate (or two $15 gift certificates for a team of two) and will be announced on Tuesday, December 13. For grades 5-12.
Space is limited - registration is required. One registration per team please on one of these dates:

Listening Session
Thursday, November 3 at 7pm
All community members are invited to join the Library Board of Trustees and architect Jason LaCombe to hear about the planning process for a library addition, view the plans, ask questions, and provide feedback. Note: the Library will not be open for other services during this time.

Once Upon a Pie Baking Competition & Auction
Saturday, November 19 at 6:30pm
Stark Hall, 3 Church Street
The season’s favorite social event is back, sponsored by the Library Board of Trustees and the GPL Foundation!
- 10am-12pm Pie-drop off for entrants

6:30pm Awards & Public Auction. Come eat pie for $2 a slice!
Who will be the grand prize winner? Which town department will prevail for bragging rights?
There is no fee to enter the contest. Entry forms can be downloaded and printed from https://bit.ly/GPLpies22. There is a category for kids under the age of 18.
The 2022 event is hosted by the Goffstown Public Library Board of Trustees and the Goffstown Public Library Foundation. The Foundation is a not-for-profit organization formed to handle a capital campaign for the building addition.

TAB is a group of tweens and teens that meets once a month. TAB collaborates with the Teen Services Library Assistant to help improve teen programs and the teen space, suggests materials such as books and games, and creates ideas to help connect the Library with the community. Join today! For grades 5-12.

Members of the Teen Advisory Board volunteered at the button making and bookmark coloring station on the Library lawn during the Pumpkin Regatta weekend. Part of TAB's mission is to help the Library connect with the community. Thank you, TAB group, for giving your time and talents in meeting that mission! TAB will be volunteering next at the Once Upon a Pie Competition and Auction. Stop by and say hello!

Ride with the Manchester Transit Authority to your next hair salon appointment, grocery store visit, social gathering, medical appointment, and more!
Manchester Transit Authority provides on-demand service now available Monday through Friday, 9am to 2pm. Make a reservation directly with Manchester Transit Authority as early as 1 week prior, and at least 24 hours in advance.
Rides to medical appointments, riders with disabilities, and those age 62+ receive priority booking. Service will be provided on a first come first serve basis and will be available "curb to curb" from any location in the Town of Goffstown to any other location in the Town of Goffstown or any medical facility in the City of Manchester or Town of Bedford.
- Connect with MTA Route #6 at Shaws Plaza for Manchester, Concord, and Nashua service.
- All buses are ADA accessible.
