Meet DANIELLE SELWAY
Loan Documentation Specialist

Danielle joined Hyperion Bank in March 2010 and brings more than 20 years of banking experience to our team.
Prior to joining Hyperion Bank, Danielle advanced in her career through positions at four previous financial institutions, where she worked in human resources, and later as a loan portfolio manager and closing officer before specializing in loan documentation for commercial and consumer loans. With her significant expertise in loan documentation, Danielle supports our loan operations and is a valuable member of our lending team.
Danielle says,"I am very fortunate to have been an employee here since March of 2010. During this time I have formed many friendships and great memories. I love the fact that we are like a small family and everyone is always willing to help each other out. Working in the loan department is very rewarding. I have been able to form relationships with not only our loan customers but with also our service providers and this makes the process a lot smoother. I am very excited for Hyperion Bank to grow in our new chapter!"
Fun fact: In her leisure time, Danielle enjoys attending local tattoo and reptile conventions, where she pursues her interests in body art and raising tarantulas. Do tarantulas make good pets?

PAAFF is a volunteer-run nonprofit organization founded in 2008 to educate and expose the Philadelphia region to films by and about Asian Americans. Each PAAFF event is open to all who are interested in immersing in, learning more about, and connecting with the Asian American community and its artists. Philadelphia Marathon Weekend, November 16-18

30,000 athletes are expected to run on Sunday, November 18th in the 25th anniversary of the 26.2 mile Philadelphia Marathon, hosted by the American Association for Cancer Research. On Saturday, November 17th, Marathon weekend events include a Half Marathon, an 8K race, and a Kids Fun Run. Even if you're not running, you can visit the Marathon Health & Fitness Expo at the Pennsylvania Convention Center on Friday from 11 am to 9 pm and Saturday from 10 am to 7 pm. Learn more at

Thanksgiving Day Parade, November 22
|
|
America's oldest Thanksgiving Day parade kicked off nearly 100 years ago--now it's a favorite family tradition for the whole Philadelphia region. Running along the Benjamin Franklin Parkway from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm, the parade features decorative floats in all shapes and sizes, plus performances and special appearances by recording artists, local choirs, dance groups and more. Experts recommend the steps of the Philadelphia Museum of Art or Eakins Oval as prime places to watch. The parade is also broadcast live on 6abc.
