Celebrate Halloween
Costume Contest
DEC employees are encouraged to dress in costumes for Halloween on Oct. 31 (Oct. 30 for B and D Platoons.) Have your photo taken when you arrive for work. By Nov. 8, give your supervisor your vote for the winner, who will get a $2 5 gift card. If you are not dressing in costume, you must wear your proper uniform attire.
Trunk-or-Treat
DEC will be decorating a vehicle and passing out candy to kids at the Richmond City Justic Center, 1701 Fairfield Way, starting at 5 p.m. on Oct. 31. Workers are needed for decorating before the event and passing out candy at the event. Please get your supervisor's OK and email Karen if you are interested.
