Art & Mindfulness Programs Continue to Support Children
|
Our children’s Art and Mindfulness groups have continued this Fall! These groups occur twice a month after school, and are facilitated by our team of therapists. Children have been engaged in creating “worry monsters” and identifying their “superhero strengths.” Survey data collected at the end of every group has been overwhelmingly positive. Some of the comments collected from children include: “Drawing helps me distract myself,” “Be positive to yourself and others,” and “I learned to appreciate the little things.”
