FROM THE PRESIDENT
Dear PPRA Members,

It's been an amazing year of accomplishments for PPRA and our members. Our 2018 programs have connected us with influencers, editors and leaders in our industry from across the Philadelphia region. We've welcomed many new members to the organization. We've recognized hospitality trailblazer Meryl Levitz for her impact on the city. And we've given back to the community by supporting ArtWell, our designated partner for this year.

We have so much to look forward to in 2019! All of our members play an important role in PPRA's success. I hope you continue to be involved and to participate in our valuable programming. Please join us as we kick off the new year together on January 17 at a media panel focusing on diversity. Stay tuned for a members-only tour of the new NBC10 Studios this winter as well.

In the springtime, we will honor a member who goes above and beyond in the public relations industry and in the community with an induction into the Hall of Fame. Do you know someone worthy of this prestigious recognition? Nominations are due on January 16!

Thank you for being an integral part of the PPRA community. It's an honor to lead such a highly engaged group of professionals who are making a difference in communications, public relations and our region.

Enjoy the holiday season and have a healthy and happy new year!

Warm Regards,

Nina Scimenes
2018-2019 President
Philadelphia Public Relations Association
