The first time in 1968, my parents VW bus. I grew up here and moved after graduating from Max. Lots of visiting over the years, but I never really thought about moving back until my mom asked for my assistance. In October of 2017, I was in a place of transition that allowed my return to Powell River and the opportunity to help my mom. So here I am, again!
2. What is it about PRISMA that inspires you?
It’s creativity and desire for new knowledge, ideas, experiences and friendships. Like great music, PRISMA takes a whole lot of lovely, individual notes and mixes them up, challenges them, and gets them to work together in ways perhaps not considered before. The result is a rich and beautiful symphony of sound and fellowship.
3. What’s your perfect day?
If all my kids are with me, then whatever it is will be perfect. Throw in a beach fire and a glass of good whiskey at sunset on a warm summer night...... ahhhhh.
4. Tell us 3 fun facts about yourself!
- I am not a morning person and need much coffee to become human.
- I like to refinish ordinary furniture in fun designs and creative ways.

5. What song best describes your life, and why?
Bon Jovi - It’s My Life.
Oh Lordy I’ve made mistakes, got bashed around some, loved and lost, fallen, crashed and burned - but this is my life. It’s also been beautiful, adventurous, exciting, creative, enriching and full of love too. I’m proud of everything (ok almost everything) and I’ll admit my faults and errors and move on to the next adventure. I am who I am. No excuses, no regrets.
You better stand tall when they're calling you out. Don't bend, don't break, baby, don't back down.
