Reminder: Your PTO Balance is Now Loaded into Paycom
As a reminder, your current PTO balance and any future time-off requests were loaded into Paycom earlier this week. Please log on to review your updated profile.
Also as a reminder, for anyone who had fewer than 40 hours of PTO on September 26, 2022, you will be granted up to 40 hours of PTO up front. For example, if you had depleted all of your available PTO as of September 26, you will be granted 40 hours of PTO up front. If you had 10 available hours of PTO on September 26, you will be given an additional 30 hours up front for a total of 40 available hours of PTO. These fronted hours still count toward your annual maximum, based on your years of employment (see PTO Transition document linked below for the full PTO policy). Anyone hired within the last 6 months is now under the UES PTO Policy as of your hire date and the PTO available to you was calculated based on the UES PTO accrual schedule.
While logging into Paycom to check your PTO balance and time-off requests, it’s another good opportunity to check if you’ve been coding your time correctly:
- Please remember, if you are working on a project or billable time, you will need to select the department with the DL (Direct Labor) code. If you are working on a non-billable task, you will need to select the AL (Admin Labor) code.
