CHANGE THE TREND: LOW VOTER TURNOUT AMONGST DOCTORS
Historically, doctors tend to vote less often than the general population, both in congressional elections and in presidential elections (Journal of Internal General Medicine).

This year is unlike any other election year as the COVID- 19 pandemic requires us to make changes in almost every aspect of our lives. We at the Chicago Medical Society want to be sure that all our members, their patients, their colleagues, their communities, are able to participate in this vital part of our democracy, and to do so safely.

Please remember to register to vote and consider how you can best vote safely in 2020.

You can register to vote or request an absentee ballot by clicking the left image and scanning the QR code with your photo app.
