| The Pope County Library in Russellville is launching Reading Dragons and Friends, a fun, trading card-based program for readers of All Ages and abilities that offers rewards for time spent reading. Skills develop at different rates for each person, so the goal is to encourage regular reading and support the joy of reading. Pick up a reading tracker and starter set beginning September 1. | | | |
