ACH

You can now donate online directly through your bank account! Simply go to our donation page and complete the first two steps. Then, where you normally enter your credit card information, you can click "US Bank Account" and search for your bank.

You'll then log in with your online bank account information. Don't have an online account or don't remember your login info? No problem! You can directly enter your routing and account number. By donating directly through your bank account, it saves money due to credit card fees; meaning your donation has more of an impact.

Lakes Center Success Stories

Our Intervention Manager, Sarah, recently met with Ava (name changed). Ava was referred to Lakes Center’s Intervention program because of a citation related to drugs. Ava told Sarah how she had struggled with anxiety for a long time, but had never received help for it. She explained her anxiety had been getting worse due to a last-minute decision to delay college plans and sometimes used chemicals to cope with her symptoms.

Ava was worried about her future because she was unsure about what her path would be, but she knew she did not drug use to be a part of it. Because of her referral to Lakes Center, Sarah was able to help Ava identify the issue and get her started with counseling to help address her anxiety and guide her through her big life changes and future planning.

While school is a safe and happy place for many children, for some, it is far from that. School may be especially tough or scary for children who are bullied, misunderstood or have a learning disability or mental health disorder.
