Speaking with a mortgage loan professional is a great way to learn about the loan types and down payment assistance options available to you once you are ready to buy a home. CHFA loan programs are available through our statewide network of CHFA Participating Lenders. A mortgage loan originator working for a CHFA Participating Lender can help you determine which CHFA loan programs may work for you. They will walk you through the entire loan process from application to closing. The Find a Participating Lender webpage has new increased functionality to help you find a mortgage loan originator who may best assist you.

The webpage will now allow you to type in an individual’s name or company, in addition to choosing from the following optional filters:

  • County: production in county of choice
  • Top Loan Officers: gold, silver, and bronze production levels
  • Households Served: highlights those loan officers that have served households within a certain demographic (i.e., “Hispanic and Latino households” or “Individuals with Disabilities”)
  • Language: Spanish-speaking lenders
  • Lender Advisory Group: members of CHFA’s Lender Advisory Group

Results are solely determined by the number of households who utilized a CHFA loan program when working with that loan officer in the previous calendar year or most recent rolling 12-month period.

To learn more about the available search features, read through the Participating Lender search filter FAQs located at the bottom of the page.
