Chamber Update
“Democracy is the worst possible form of government, except all those others that have been tried from time-to-time.” Winston Churchill

Tomorrow voters will decide who will represent them in Washington and in Dover. As is the case with every election, much is at stake and your vote truly matters. If you have not already looked at the General Election Roadmap James DeChene assembled outlining how current office holders voted on key Delaware State Chamber issues, please click here to review it. Feel free to pass this document along. Once the election outcomes are known and the next General Assembly is seated, we'll share more useful information. At that time we will be asking you as members of the State Chamber and business community to help us communicate issues of legislative priority.

In other Chamber news, I need your nominations for our next Josiah Marvel Cup winner. The Marvel Cup is awarded annually at the Annual Dinner to a Delawarean who has positively impacted our community. If you know someone who should be recognized for their dedication to Delaware please let us know here.
Michael J. Quaranta
President
Delaware State Chamber of Commerce
