NDEAM 2024 logo

October Is National Disability Employment Awareness Month

During National Disability Employment Awareness Month, or “NDEAM,” we celebrate the value and talent workers with disabilities add to America’s workplaces and economy. NDEAM’s purpose is to confirm a commitment to ensuring disabled workers have access to good jobs, every month of every year. That’s the spirit behind this year’s official theme: “Access to Good Jobs for All.”

For ways both employees and employers can celebrate NDEAM, click here.

In celebration of NDEAM, the NJ Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) Office of Transition to Adult Life & Employment invites you to join them for a Thursday webinar series focusing on employment for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
