๐ Big News for Our Community! ๐
At the recent International City/County Management Association (ICMA) Annual Conference, the City of Santa Paula was honored with a special award from Zencity โ the โRising Star Awardโ โ for our innovative approach to public outreach and bilingual communications!
Hereโs a closer look at what this means and how weโre making it happen:
๏ปฟ
๐น Our community is diverse and dynamic, and to serve you better, weโve been actively leveraging Zencityโs platform to gather feedback, analyze sentiments, and deliver meaningful messages in both English and Spanish. Zencity helps public-agencies connect with residents through tools that are inclusive and responsive.
๐น By embracing bilingual communication, weโre making sure every resident has a voice โ whether through surveys, online discussion, or direct engagement โ and that voice leads to action.
๐น The award underscores our commitment to transparency, accessibility and building trust: itโs not just about broadcasting messages, but about listening, adapting and strengthening our relationship with you.
๐น This achievement reflects collaboration across our City teams โ communications, public-works, community services and more โ all working together to raise the bar for outreach and civic engagement.
๐ Thank you to the residents of Santa Paula who participate, share feedback and engage with their city government. This award belongs to all of us. Letโs keep moving forward together โ responsive, inclusive, and community-driven.

๐ A New Chapter for the Santa Paula Police Department
The Santa Paula Police Department has a fresh new look โ and itโs more than just a renovation. ๐
This transformation was about creating a space that truly serves our community โ a place thatโs modern, welcoming, and designed with both residents and officers in mind.
From a redesigned lobby that offers more comfort and privacy, to updated technology and workspaces that help our officers respond faster and more efficiently, every detail was planned to support better service and connection.
We also made sure to honor our roots. Inside, youโll find displays and photos celebrating Santa Paulaโs history and the generations of officers whoโve proudly served our city.
This building isnโt just a workplace โ itโs a reflection of our ongoing commitment to serve with integrity, compassion, and pride.
Thank you, Santa Paula, for growing with us and continuing to support your Police Department. Together, weโre building a safer, stronger community. ๐ช๐ฝ
๐ Stop by soon to see the improvements for yourself!
