Lunch Orders - Orders for lunches must be placed through your FACTS family portal by midnight on Thursday prior to the week you are ordering for. Be sure to scroll to the bottom of the menu and click ORDER ITEMS. Also, make sure there are funds in your lunch account BEFORE ordering. You may now order lunches up to Spring Break. Questions? Valentine Cookie-grams - Deadline to purchase is THIS WEDNESDAY. 8th grade students will be selling each morning through Wednesday in the Lower School lobby and Upper School walkway. Send a valentine cookie to your student, friend, or favorite teacher! Cost is $3. Cookies will be delivered to classrooms on February 14th.

Continuous Re-enrollment - If you are NOT returning to Master's Academy next school year, please notify Mr. Lantrip in writing by THIS FRIDAY. Enrollment fees are non-refundable after this Friday. We expect to have full classes next year and already have waiting lists, so we cannot hold your space if fees are not paid on time.

Worship Team Sessions for Middle School - Middle School students who are interested in Worship Team Ministry are invited to sessions hosted by Mr. Maginn on Wednesdays beginning THIS WEEK. Meet in F72 at 3:00 PM. Each session will last about an hour and will include worship training, use of instruments, and singing.

Family Tech Talk - This is a FREE virtual parent education event on Internet Safety for Kids and Families. It will be offered to our school community THIS TUESDAY, February 6th, at 8:00 PM. Access the event at THIS LINK.

Vero Beach Prayer Breakfast - Thursday, February 15th. Our high school students will be serving at this event.

Praying Parents - Meets VIRTUALLY on Thursday mornings at 8:30 AM. Please reach out to Monica Washington for instructions on joining the group. More details are in the FACTS family portal announcements. Please pray for Master's Academy, especially during this season as we search for property and a new Head of School. If any parent would like to lead an on-campus group, even if just monthly or one-time, email Nancy Cook.

Preschool happenings: Seaside Smiles visits for Dental Awareness Month on February 22nd; Josh the Otter visits for Swim Safety on March 7th; LaPorte Farms fieldtrip on March 22nd (no afternoon Preschool classes or aftercare will be available on March 22nd)



Twenty (20) hours of volunteer service per school year is requested of each family to waive the $400 advancement fee. Log your hours in your FACTS family portal as you complete your service. All hours must be entered by May 1st. Email Nancy Cook if you have any questions.

Important Due Dates:

Continuous Enrollment Fee - Due March 1st (billed to all tuition accounts UNLESS you have notified Mr. Lantrip in writing by this Friday that you are not returning)

2024-2025 Materials & Technology Fee - Due April 1st to hold you student's seat

Volunteer Hours - Must record 20 hours in your FACTS family portal by May 1st to have your Advancement Fee waived

Advancement Fee - Due May 1st if you have not completed your 20 hours of volunteer service this school year.

Middle School Flag Football Interest Meeting

Middle School students (boys and girls) who are interested in Flag Football, please attend a meeting with Coach Rooney THIS WEDNESDAY, February 7th, at 3:15 PM in the lunchroom.

Elementary Athletic League - Volleyball for K-5th grade starts on Monday, February 12th. Registration and payment is due this week. Details HERE.

2024-2025 Athletic Fees are INCREASING due to the increase in officiating costs next school year. Fees are published HERE.

High School Retreat - THIS THURSDAY - SATURDAY at Lake Aurora Christian Camp. Transportation is provided. Arrive on campus by 9:30 AM on Thursday. Students will return to campus on Saturday at noon. Bring snack/drink money for the new retreat snack bar!

Vero Beach Prayer Breakfast - High School students are serving at this event on Thursday, February 15th. Wear your 'Choose This Day' spirit shirt and jeans. Vans and cars will depart campus at 6:30 AM sharp!
