What Gives!
Greetings!
Thank you for taking a few minutes out of your day to catch up on the announcements and activities of YOUR Community Foundation. For good. For ever. For DeKalb County.
New Fund Honors Life of Sharon Conlin
Announcing the Sharon Kay (Kinczewski) Conlin Memorial Fund, created by Sharon's family to honor her life of generosity. This Fund provides annual support to programs and organizations that align with her charitable interests.

Sharon was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in DeKalb and she was known for her giving nature. Sharon was quick to volunteer, encourage others, and to give away what she had when she thought someone else needed it.

Community Nominations Welcome for Education Awards
The community is encouraged to nominate a deserving education professional for an Excellence in Education Award. This is a great way to honor those who make a positive impact in the lives of our youth. Deadline for community nominations is November 1.

Thank you to donor Yvonne Johnson for her desire to shine a light on educators making a difference in DeKalb County!
