OfficeOffice Space Update
Our current lease with Surgical Specialties is through May 2021. A committee has been established to look at market opportunities / options that may be available.
A discussion was held, using the Building Summary Document as a framework and a current market status document shared by committee member Craig Soehren, to provide the Board with perspective on current and future options.
PRIOTITYCommunity Initiatives / Events to be Aware of:
Priority Spokane has selected a new focus. It is to reduce the impacts of family trauma and violence. We are active partners with Priority Spokane and supportive of this focus as we have critical investments aimed at this priority.

You are encouraged to attend the End the Violence Coalition Documentary. The Spokane Domestic Violence Coalition is hosting a screening of this local documentary and discussion on September 30th, 6:00 - 8:00 pm at the Bing.

CICommunity Impact Update!
Action for funding:
In May of 2019, the Board set aside funding of $70,000 to be focused towards youth homelessness. The Community Impact Committee presented a recommendation to fund three programs (TeamChild, Excelsior Wellness Center, and Volunteers of America). Today, the Board approved this funding recommendation.
