Your September Facilities Update — Preseason Ice Melt Pricing Ends October 31

Preseason ice melt pricing is still open, but the window is closing — and with kids back in school and cooler weather setting in, it's also the start of cold and flu season. This month: a reminder to lock in your ice melt order, a disinfecting wipe built for exactly this time of year, and a look at our facial tissue lineup.

Don't Forget!

Lock In Preseason Ice Melt Pricing Before It's Too Late

If you haven't placed your ice melt order yet, now's the time. Buy at least one pallet by October 31, 2026, to lock in preseason pricing for the whole season — with orders delivered by December 15, 2026, and pricing valid through March 31, 2027. After the deadline, pricing reverts to in-season rates.

Get Ahead of Cold & Flu Season

FlexWipes No-Rinse Disinfectant/Sanitizing Wipes

As kids head back to school and offices head into fall, cold and flu season isn't far behind — and shared surfaces (desks, doorknobs, break room tables, shared equipment) are where germs spread fastest. FLEX® Wipes No-Rinse Disinfectant/Sanitizing Wipes are built for exactly this kind of high-traffic, high-touch environment:

EPA-registered to kill a broad range of pathogens, including influenza
No-rinse formula — safe for use on food contact surfaces with no water rinse required
Kills 99.9% of bacteria in 30 seconds, with no pre-cleaning needed on lightly soiled surfaces
Thick, cloth-like texture that holds up to repeated wiping

A canister at the front desk, in the break room, or on a cleaning cart makes it easy for staff to wipe down high-touch surfaces between full cleanings — one of the simplest ways to slow the spread as flu season ramps up.

Did You Know?

Not all facial tissue is created equal. Softness, ply count, and durability all affect how well a tissue holds up — which matters more once cold and flu season hits and boxes start emptying fast.

We carry a full selection of facial tissue, including one of our most popular options, the White Swan® 2-Ply Cube Facial Tissue — a Supreme-quality, 2-ply tissue in a 100-count cube, sized to keep restrooms, break rooms, and common areas stocked through the season. Ask your sales rep about volume pricing as you stock up for fall.
