Over 300 Nebraska REALTORS® attended our 2023 Fall Business Meetings at the Lincoln Cornhusker Marriott on September 11 - 13. The highlights of this event included productive committee meetings, RPAC Music Bingo, the Inaugural Gala for Arla Meyer and several courses offered for continuing education with a great lineup of instructors. Barry Stranz draws on 40+ years of experience and expertise in home building and remodeling to instruct REALTORS®. He has participated in a wide range of building-related projects, from single-handedly remodeling his own home to directing and participating in construction teams in Portugal and Kenya. A home consultant since 1992, Barry advises on everything from design to structural evaluations. Barry was previously an instructor for Kapal Professional Schools and for more than 25 years, he has taught construction classes to real estate agents through REALTOR® associations.

APPLY TO BE A DIRECTOR FOR THE HOME BUYER'S ASSISTANCE FOUNDATION
The Home Buyer's Assistance Foundation (HBAF) Board of Directors is seeking applications. The HBAF Director position is a 3-year term and would begin January 1, 2024. Email [email protected] with any questions.
HBAF is a nonprofit organization with a mission to support first-time home buyers in Nebraska, with an emphasis on low and moderate income individuals and communities. The foundation also works to offer housing relief to communities affected by natural disaster.

MUSIC BINGO IS A HIT FOR RPAC!
On Monday, September 11th, during Fall Business Meetings, the Nebraska REALTORS® Association hosted our first-ever Music BINGO RPAC Participation Event! Music BINGO is a new game growing in popularity where participants first invest in RPAC for their BINGO card and then listen for songs on their card to win! Also, during the event, we held a live auction where we auctioned off “tailgater” basics, including a Traeger grill, a YETI cooler, and a wagon! It was a fantastic event. Thank you to everyone who participated and invested in RPAC!
