The RIDE & PLAY program welcomes families who have recently received a special needs diagnosis and provides the opportunity to bring their child in to learn hot to ride a special needs trike.

Through a group learning experience, infants will participate in stretching, strengthening, reciprocal movement, songs, games and play. The goal of the program is to help teach parents about the importance of movement for their child's motor development. We hope to offer our program in a fun, warm and supportive environment. The overall focus will be movement on bikes and activities on mats. Siblings are always welcome.
CADS (Canadian Association for Disabled Skiing) promotes adaptive skiing and snowboarding by teaching people with disabilities how to ski or snowboard using adaptive skills and equipment
