Westerra Credit Union Financial Tip
If you are in the market for a new car or truck and you are wondering if the timing of your purchase really makes a difference, the answer is yes. Buying a new car or truck at the right time can save hundreds or even thousands of dollars. As we head into the fall buying season, the experts at Westerra Credit Union have some buying tips:
  • First and foremost, educate yourself. Know in advance as much as possible about the vehicle you are wanting to buy.
  • End of the month. Automakers and dealers generally have monthly sales targets, and are eager to move cars based on their bonus goals.
  • Year-end sales events. Dealers generally do their best wheeling and dealing at the end of the calendar year.
