The Citizens Planning Institute (CPI) teaches Philadelphians about city planning, zoning and the development process. Classes for the Fall 2021 virtual course are Wednesdays 6-8pm, September 29 – November 17. The course is $25 (scholarships available). Applications will be accepted through September 10th
