September is National Service Dog Month, and we’ve been celebrating all month long by recognizing the essential work these highly-skilled dogs do to provide specialized assistance for people with disabilities.

Service dogs perform crucial and sometimes life-saving tasks for people with both visible and invisible disabilities. That’s why when you see a service animal hard at work, the most respectful thing you can do is to simply do nothing. Our eighth annual Faces of Freedom: Midland Sporting Clay Tournament, co-presented by Core Lab and EOG Resources, raised a remarkable $371,384—the largest amount in Faces of Freedom history—and we couldn’t have done it without you! Together, the Faces of Freedom tournaments in Denver and Midland have grossed more than $517,593 this year, all thanks to the generous support of our amazing sponsors, participants, and volunteers. Proceeds from the event benefit Operation Freedom, the FSD program that provides custom-trained service dogs and lifetime support to U.S. veterans with PTSD and other disabilities—all at no charge to the veterans.
