Meet us at Primo
"For those who work in or near Tribeca, blessings have come in the form of green velvet banquettes and wood-paneled walls, carefully pulled espresso and extra-dirty martinis...tucked away in the Frederick Hotel on Chambers and West Broadway, is the latest bar to bring considered downtown vibes..." Market SLICE

There are incredible opportunities in our market now for savvy buyers. While many buyers wait on the side lines, value driven buyers take advantage of that herd mentality to find great deals.

For sellers, sharp pricing is paramount. Buyers are simply not showing up at anything not priced to market. Now more than ever first impressions are key. Declutter, stage, paint if needed, clean out closets- be the prettiest person at the dance.

Sellers- your broker should not only market the property using high end photos and videos, but should have a regional and global outreach plan, and should be an expert in social media advertising. Beta stats show social media to be increasingly one of the most successful tools to capture the widest audience.
SLICE Trivia

There’s a secret train station below the Waldorf Astoria

New York’ most famous historic hotel , whose original location back in 1893 was on the site of what is now the Empire State building, sits above a ‘secret’ train station known as Track 61, which forms an extension of  Grand Central Terminal , located a few streets from the hotel.

Track 61 was said to have been built in the Thirties for former US president Franklin D Roosevelt to be used as a discreet entrance for the hotel in an attempt to keep his polio condition hidden from the public eye. A customized train car and lift (for transfers to the hotel’s garage) were built to accommodate his presidential limousine during his stays at the hotel.
Coming This Fall To TriBeCa

100 Franklin Street

10 full-floor apartments (including two duplex penthouses) will hit the market - prices start at $3.3 million.

Located in the Tribeca East Historic District on a site created by the extension of Sixth Avenue in 1938, 100 Franklin will be a ground-up residential building over ground floor commercial space. The building will marry old and new, demonstrating how a modern building can be created in a historic district. The project will feature a hand-laid brick façade with classically inspired masonry combined with modern architectural details.
